The solution could be a powerapps or other application structure that bring user friendly experience, bring also value to the BIT committee that monthly analysis new projects and summary of project status to push any action/ support needed. this is current a manual process that does not work due to this origin. Since LATAM has a great portfolio of projetcs, the goal is make them more robust as possible, facilitating innovation without the compliance gap/ risk. BIT sharepoint: BIT - Business Initiatives Toolkit - Home (sharepoint.com) BIT excel to download a copy: Business Initiatives Toolkit_Rev N.xlsx (sharepoint.com) Currenntly LATAM has an excel tool created to support guiding project owners on possible process and requirements that the initiative might need to be compliance, depending on the segment and impact. This tool is a big excel file, with dropdown menu and conditional that brings visibility to the requirement and key contact . BIT Tool is not friendly due to appearance, so it has not been well accepted by BSC useres. As it is an Excel file it does not generates data enough to follow Project status, requirements completion and Analytics.
