Three of my colleagues are unable to get the reports on GCIBS loaded on their profiles. Colleagues names: Conor Davis, Peter O'Callaghan and Alex Livingstone. Reports not working: All reports on GCIBs listed under "My Report" including: Summary Reports, Site Level Reports, Engagement Reports, Board Owners report, Participation Report, Summary Panel Report, Idea Cycle Time Report, Daily Report.

My own reports are working no problem but for some reason I can't seem to figure out why they won't load for them. After waiting for some time to ensure it isn't just a loading issue it remains that the reports just won't show on the screen (see image below).

I have checked all their user profiles and how they are set up; all of them have the same access as everyone else onsite who should have access to these reports. They have all previously been able to see them and one day just logged on and they were gone.

If you have any idea what could be happening here please let me know, as those in question need to be able to see the reports on a regular basis for tracking purposes.
